Gigs - Christy Moore Tribute Show

Featuring songs from Christy Moore as well as my own albums: Robin Turner, Wally Desmond and Hard Cases.

This show is a celebration of the music and songs of the great Christy Moore and the many fine song-writers who wrote songs for him including the Cork song-smith Jimmy McCarthy, performed by my own unique style.

I first caught the "Ballad Bug" at the age of thirteen, when I heard Christy Moore perform live at Lisdoonvarna and felt this must be the life for me so I began, and having learned a tune or two, the songs have brought me all over the world, to such places as Florida, Portugal, Spain, London and the Canaries. Now at the age of thirty three I have nailed my colours to the mast and produced the "Christy Moore Tribute Show".

It is difficult today to please a sixteen year old and a sixty year old with the same music, but these songs do just that. The show has proven very popular with young and old alike.

The show is vibrant, visually exciting and has a feel good factor to it, and comes highly recommended.
